Many of the people I work with are navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, or interpersonal challenges, often while feeling misunderstood or unseen in their relationships. I also connect deeply with queer individuals, BIPOC clients, and neurodivergent adults who are working through people-pleasing patterns, internalized shame, and the pressure to meet expectations that do not always fit who they are.
I help clients explore their patterns, understand their emotions, and find their voice in relationships and everyday life. Whether you are working through late-diagnosed ADHD, struggling with self-advocacy, or feeling stuck in cycles of burnout or perfectionism, I support you in building insight, confidence, and a stronger connection to your authentic self. I also work with high school and college students who are dealing with academic pressure, social anxiety, and burnout, helping them take things step by step and advocate for their needs.
My style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I value those “aha” moments where things start to click, and new perspectives emerge. I create a space where you can speak openly, even about things that feel small or hard to say out loud, without fear of judgment. Together, we slow things down, explore different viewpoints, and work toward meaningful shifts that feel true to you.
