Liz Davis

Many of the people I work with are feeling overwhelmed by everyday stress, whether that comes from work demands, life transitions, parenting, or trying to keep up with everything on their plate. They often feel stretched thin, burnt out, or unsure how to create space for themselves in the middle of it all.

I help adults and parents slow things down, gain clarity, and build practical coping strategies that actually fit into their real lives. Together, we focus on creating more balance, improving sleep, and working through anxiety, depression, and the lasting impact of stress or trauma so you can feel more grounded and like yourself again.

My style is collaborative, flexible, and down-to-earth. I focus on tools you can use in your day-to-day life, while also creating a space where you feel heard, supported, and never judged. I meet you where you are and take into account the bigger picture of your life, so the work we do feels realistic, meaningful, and sustainable.
