Finding Balance
Over time, Geralyn has become much more intentional about setting boundaries and prioritizing things outside of work that bring her joy and fulfillment, such as spending quality time with loved ones, nurturing her faith, and taking care of her physical and mental health. She has learned that self-care is not just a catchphrase; it’s essential to being able to show up as her best self both personally and professionally. Whether it’s setting aside time for exercise, mindfulness, or hobbies that allow Geralyn to disconnect from the intensity of work, she now make sure to incorporate practices that support her own well-being.
